As a Mind Shift Facilitator and Intuitive Healing Guide, I create a safe and supportive space, where you can gain clarity, move through emotional burdens, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
I’m not here to fix you or force change.
Instead, I gently guide conversations and processes that bring awareness to what may be happening beneath the surface—allowing meaningful shifts to unfold naturally.

This 90-minute Mind Shift Session is more than an introduction. While we'll discuss your goals and areas of concern, we will also begin working together during the session to create greater awareness, clarity, and meaningful shifts based on your individual needs.
Package of 4 Sessions
$650
This package starts with an introductory session to establish your goals and determine the best approach for your needs. The remaining sessions build on this foundation, allowing us to explore underlying patterns and emotions to support meaningful, long-term healing and growth.
Package of 6 Sessions
$950
Your first session focuses on clarifying your goals and mapping out the best approach for your needs. Across six sessions, we will dive deeper into underlying patterns, beliefs, and life experiences to foster greater self-awareness, emotional integration, and personal growth.

Shorter sessions and customized support tailored to your individual needs and goals. This option may include focused work using various approaches, including emotional release, subconscious pattern work, and other awareness-based modalities.

I created Spark Hope Healing because I've seen how deeply past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and live—often without us even realizing it.
I will use a variety of tools and approaches to help uncover subconscious blocks and gently support the healing of emotional wounds.
By working with the brain's natural memory processes, emotional charges connected to past experiences can be released in a safe and supportive way. As limiting beliefs begin to soften, many people experience greater clarity, hope, self-awareness, and self-trust.
