What I Do
As a Mind Shift Facilitator and Intuitive Healing Guide, I integrate a variety of awareness-based, mind-body, and holistic approaches to support emotional healing, self-awareness, clarity, and personal growth.
Every person is unique, which is why I do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from a variety of tools and perspectives to help you better understand yourself and explore what may be contributing to the challenges you're experiencing.
My work may include elements of:

What Is the Goal?
The goal isn't to "fix" you—because I don't believe you're broken.
The goal is to help you:
- Gain greater self-awareness
- Better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns
- Move through emotional burdens that may be weighing you down
- Release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you
- Develop greater clarity and self-trust
- Feel more connected to yourself and your life
- Create meaningful change from the inside out.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens when we create space for awareness, understanding, and connection. Sometimes the greatest shifts occur not because we try harder, but because we begin to see ourselves more clearly.
My role is to walk alongside you, provide support, and help create the conditions where those shifts can naturally occur.
How I Work
I believe healing happens best when we look at the whole person — not just your thoughts or emotions, but the different parts of you working together as a system.
The Mind Shift Process
During sessions, I use guided awareness-based processes that support emotional resolution, subconscious shifts, and greater internal alignment.
Part of this work may involve inviting the Superconscious — a deeper organizing intelligence within you — to help bring awareness to patterns, emotional charge, or experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
This process is:
- Gentle
- Collaborative
- Safe
- Guided by your own system and awareness
There is nothing you need to force or figure out.
As awareness increases, your system naturally begins reorganizing in ways that can support:
- Emotional clarity
- Calm
- Inner balance
- Greater self-understanding
- Healthier patterns
- Meaningful personal change
My Role
I’m not here to fix you — because you’re not broken.

- Hold a safe and supportive space
- Guide the process
- Help bring awareness to patterns and emotional responses
- Support greater internal alignment
- Help you better understand yourself
