What I Do

I’m Mind Shift, Superconious Facilitator and Healing Guide, who integrates a variety of awareness-based and holistic approaches to support emotional healing, clarity, and personal growth.


My work blends elements of:


  • Mind Activation Process (MAP)
  • Mind shifting and awareness work
  • Emotional processing
  • Subconscious pattern work
  • Body, soul, and spirit alignment
  • Nervous system awareness
  • Intuitive and holistic healing approaches


The goal isn’t to “fix” you.


It’s to help you better understand yourself, move through what’s holding you back, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

How I Work

I believe healing happens best when we look at the whole person — not just your thoughts or emotions, but the different parts of you working together as a system.

In sessions, I gently work with several areas of awareness:


  • Spirit — Your deeper inner guidance, intuition, and sense of connection
  • Soul — Your thoughts, emotions, memories, and lived experiences
  • Subconscious — The automatic patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses operating beneath the surface
  • Body — Your nervous system, physical responses, and the ways emotions can be stored within the body
  • Awareness — The observing part of you that can notice patterns, reactions, emotions, and internal experiences without judgment

When these parts are working together more clearly, people often feel:


  • Calmer
  • Clearer
  • More grounded
  • Emotionally lighter
  • More connected to themselves

But stress, emotional overwhelm, unresolved experiences, and life challenges can sometimes leave us feeling:


  • Stuck
  • Emotionally reactive
  • Overwhelmed
  • Disconnected from ourselves
  • Mentally or emotionally exhausted
  • Uncertain how to move forward

My role is to gently help bring awareness to what may be out of balance so your system can begin moving toward greater clarity and alignment.

The Mind Shifting Process

During sessions, I use guided awareness-based processes that support emotional resolution, subconscious shifts, and greater internal alignment.


Part of this work may involve inviting the Superconscious — a deeper organizing intelligence within you — to help bring awareness to patterns, emotional charge, or experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

This process is:


  • Gentle
  • Collaborative
  • Safe
  • Guided by your own system and awareness


There is nothing you need to force or figure out.


As awareness increases, your system naturally begins reorganizing in ways that can support:


  • Emotional clarity
  • Calm
  • Inner balance
  • Greater self-understanding
  • Healthier patterns
  • Meaningful personal change

Every person experiences sessions differently, but many people notice:

I’m not here to fix you — because you’re not broken.

  • Guide the process
  • Help bring awareness to patterns and emotional responses
  • Support greater internal alignment
  • Help you better understand yourself


Your system does the work of reorganizing and integrating what’s needed.
